Services at our clinic must be paid for by cash, credit cards or debit cards.  Personal checks cannot be accepted. Upon request, insurance forms are filled out and any refund is sent to the patient.

The Hours

The West Side Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon, as well as Saturdays from 8:30 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon.
